I love getting my eyebrows and eyelashes done at Elevate Hub. I normally see Renae and she is AMAZING. Great customer service and such an eye for detail. Plus the whole place has such a relaxed and welcoming vibe, it is a treat just to be there.

My partner bought an elevate package for my birthday. I was very stressed out before my treatment as I had a medical issue going on and the nurse was running late. When I arrived for my treatment Kathy treated me so well despite me being stressed/ rude during the phone call I made earlier to let them know I was running late. Kathy was gentle and very loving/caring. She held a safe space for me and gave me an amazing treatment. I highly recommend Kathy as she is an amazing professional and have a beautiful energy about her. I will definitely recommend Elevate Hub to my friends/family. Elevate is a great space for recharge and get back to your Centred Self. Thank you and deep gratitude 🙏🏿

I have a divine facial today 02/02.2024. Often when you have a facial the mask goes on and the therapist leaves and comes back 20 minutes later. In this facial I had a foot massage , hand and head massage. The products they use are sublime. Looking forward to having another facial with my daughter. I had a wonderful facial last week. So relaxing the products are amazing and the place is outstanding. I have lived in Mona Vale for ages and didn’t know it was there. So happy to have found it. All the staff are very friendly and professional

Renee was amazing. Straight away her beautiful energy made me feel instantly comfortable, and she asked heaps of questions about my eyebrows and what I do with them to make sure the eyebrow tint and wax was exactly what I wanted. The colour and shape of my eyebrows are beautifulll and it was so nice to talk to Renee during the appointment. The front desk ladies were so helpful and down to earth. Definitely recommend everyone to go.

A bit of a hidden gem really. Very friendly staff, and amazing massage machine which was lucky to have had an experience with an inviting comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, I was pleasantly surprised. A 100% definite.

It was such a special treat to experience Elevate Hub today. The care and attention to my specific needs was so beautifully executed. I had the standard and advanced face peel, and whilst I won’t see the full effects until later I can already notice a positive change. The advice and aftercare was brilliant. I came away from my appointment feeling comfortable that I know how to care for my treated skin and absolutely wonderful.
